Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, plant biotechnology, and market development, with strong communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote nursery products including tissue culture plants, saplings, and biotech agricultural solutions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agri-dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct field visits, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the production and sales team to meet customer requirements.
- Manage online and offline marketing activities including social media promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in agriculture/biotech/nursery marketing preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing and client meetings.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or agri-based sales will be an added advantage.
